Jay Feldman

Jay Feldman has been practicing law since 1974. Before relocating his practice to Florida in 1991, he was the managing partner of the New York-New Jersey law firm of Feldman & Fiorello.

Admitted to the Bar in the States of Florida, New York, and New Jersey, Jay graduated New England School of Law in 1974, having achieved honors as a Law Review editor. He was Editor-in-Chief of the award-winning legal publication “The Reporter” for twelve years, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the American Bar Association, as well as numerous civic and professional associations.
 
Jay is also heavily involved with several philanthropic causes and organizations. He is a recipient of the Israel Humanitarin Foundation's Arthur J. Goldberg Humanitarian Award and has been honored with the James Randi Educational Foundation's Isaac Asimov award for his fundraising on behalf of the organization.

Michael Feldman

Michael Feldman began his legal career practicing securities litigation in the New York City offices of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP. In 2009 Michael relocated to Florida to focus on transactional work.

Michael earned his JD from Boston University School of Law in 2003 and is a member of the Florida, New
York, and New Jersey bars. He is a member of both the National and Florida Academies of Elder Law  Attorneys, the ABA, and is a VA certified attorney. He is active in several charitable causes, and is a co-organizer of the Northeast Conference on Science and Skepticism (NECSS).
